Authenticator manual setup

I am the admin for my icewarp domain. I have upgraded to the new android phone and now I cannot login to my admin account that is protected with 2-stage authentication. If I try to login into my account and enter the password it asks for the key. But if I open authenticator and tap start setup I can only Scan QR code (where do I get one?) or Setup Manually. In manual setup it asks for KEY. Where do I get this key?
