After upgrade from icewarp 14.3 instant messaging module showing control module in administrator console

I upgrade 14.3 following upgrade path 14.1.xx to 14.2.xx to 14.3.xx everything is working except Instant messaging in service the module is showing control previously it was showing IM. After enabling in API now instant message is working very very slow but in pidgin is  say online i will not deliver the message
