After Upgrade epos 14.3.9 Instant Messaging module not working

After Upgrade epos 14.3.9 Instant Messaging module has changed from IM to Control

Followed the upgrade path from 14.1.xx --> 14.2.xx--> 14.3.xx

All other features are working.
