how to disable specific service for specific users

Hi,

Dear concern

asper subjected issue i need to know for some specific reasons if i want to set only specific services to specific user likewise below

i want 1 user to use only pop3 not imap

and want to set 1 user to use only imap only not pop3

 

what and where i can set these options.

  Simple solution:

  Use remote console:

  Users-> user -> Options: Mailbox: Type: change from "IMAP & POP3" to "POP3"

  i am unable to locate (Remote console) in my client version and admin panel.
