Outlook sync issue - office 365 , contact sync never gets completed

i am using office 365 and latest outlook sync tool,

 

Syncing of contacts never gets completed, while syncing halfway it starts remove already synced contacts and starts all over it again, and this continues. consuming too much bandwitdh and resources.

 

Issue is not getting resolves since many months.

  Used to see this years ago when (1) contact field in DB was too small to accept data, (2) there was an incompatible character in the contact. If this is the case run a debug on the SQL should point you to the problem. ~RobN
