Does the over-quota message use part of the user's quota?
Solution
Yes. The over-quota message is delivered even if the mailbox is full.

NOTE: If a mailbox falls below its maximum but delivery of another message again pushes it over quota, a second over-quota message is delivered. If this happens repeatedly and the over-quota messages are not deleted, they eventually fill the mailbox. |
