This article suggests configuration steps to address the synchronisation issues in Microsoft Outlook caused by the ESET Antispam/Antivirus.
- Please note that adjusting ESET Antispam/Antivirus settings will continue securing email data on your computer from the IceWarp Server side.
- If you have another ESET product or manage ESET from the server's Management Console and you happen to see issues with Outlook Sync synchronisation, don't hesitate to contact our support for help.
- If you install ESET for the first time, it is recommended that you set up a new user profile in Microsoft Outlook to avoid possible synchronisation issues.
