How to manage IWDC/Outlook Sync licenses in the shop

Each license is enabled by default with a maximum of one activation, meaning the key can be used on only one device.

To increase activations, generate a new key with a higher activation count on the server for the user's account, in the Policies > Activation keys section.

You will then need to activate the license on both devices with a new key. Activation on each station will take one license.

To deactivate an existing license and recycle it, open the license manager in the administration console (Help > Licenses) and select Manage license. A web browser will open. Choose Activation date > All, select the license type (Outlook Sync or Desktop Client), and then search.

You will see a list of activated licenses. Deactivate a license you are unable to activate to release it. You can then reuse the activation key.
