What is the limit on the number of bytes in the various email fields, and what is the maximum number of addresses that can be entered?
Solution
The following limits apply:
- 1000 characters per line (RFC-822)

NOTE: Headers can wrap, so it is theoretically possible to have a "To:" header with a large amount (e.g., almost 32KB worth) of addresses, though this is not recommended. |
