Solution

The length of time it takes to fill up a RazorSafe disk varies between organizations. To make the calculation for your organization, use the following calculation:

1TB /[1.3 x (# of users to archive) x (average number of emails/user per day) x (average size of emails) x 365]

This formula gives the approximate number of years until your RazorSafe is full.
