How do I set up Microsoft Exchange 2003 to work with my RazorSafe appliance using SMTP?

Solution

Complete the following steps in order to properly configure SMTP journaling with Exchange 2003 and a RazorSafe appliance:

Set up the journal mailbox and custom SMTP recipient. For more information, see the Microsoft TechNet article, How to Create a Custom SMTP Recipient for Exchange Server 2003 Journaling.
Create a Server-Side Rule to forward the mail to the RazorSafe.
Use Mailbox Manager to clean up the journal account once the messages are sent to the RazorSafe.
