How do I archive old messages from Message Server to RazorSafe?

Solution

To archive messages that currently exist in the Message Server mailstore, use the "Mailbox Copy" CLI command to copy messages from each user folder (i.e., mailbox). These are the folders set up to receive wiretapped messages. Once the messages have been removed from the user folder and moved into the next wiretap folder, the process repeats until all user folders have been processed.

NOTE: Envelope information (for example, the full list of recipients) is not available when messages are archived in this manner.
