The instructions for performing a Diagnostic Data dump are provided below.
************** Diag Data/Dump Request ***********
a. Go to the Diagnostic page at http://<boxname>/cgi-bin/diag.cgi
b. Login as administrative user
c. Under Collect Diagnostic Data
Diagnostic Level: Select the appropriate Level you have been requested - usually a Level 1
Transfer Method: Select FTP upload to:
ftp://ftp.mirapoint.com/incoming
d. Click Transfer Diagnostic Data.
Please note that this will take a few minutes to generate and transfer. As the web interface recommends, you can see the status
in the System Logs, when you login to the HTTP Admin Suite.

When this process has completed, please let your support engineer know:
1. That this has completed successfully
2. The hostname of the machine from which you sent the dump
3. The filename of the uploaded data (if you did not use the automatic upload)
Via an update to your support case.
Once we have this information, the support engineer can begin to investigate your issue.
