It looks like a previous version of ConnectR was installed before on the system:
ConnectR 4.1.7.57
The update to the new version is stuck somehow and preventing the ConnectR 5.0.1.9 from installing;
To resolve this situation requires a 2 step solution:
Step 1. using the Win control panel "add/remove programs" ->remove ConnectR 4.1.7.57
Step 2. make a backup of Win registry of the system and then using Regedit (or other registry editor) remove all registry entries that contain the string 'connectR'.
After the completion of the 2 steps above, you should be able to install ConnectR 5.0.1.9.
