How do I configure Veritas NetBackup version 5.1 to work with my Mirapoint appliance?

The attached document describes how to configure a Veritas NetBackup version 5.1 data management application (DMA) and my Mirapoint appliance for NDMP backup when using a Mirapoint appliance equipped with MOS 3.6 or later.
