Fixed Issues: 4.4.6 |
Administration
- Increased speed for deleting a user and the user's associated mailbox hierarchy. (MIRA-54988)
Calendar
- Suppress the log entry "Failed contacting CAP server" when attempting to subscribe to a user calendar that does not exist on a Mirapoint server, for example on Microsoft Exchange. (MIRA-53114)
- Recurrent events now display correctly from shared calendars. (MIRA-53234)
- Users from different domains hosted on the same Mirapoint host are now able to invite each other to meetings as external attendees, keeping the domains truly separate. (MIRA-53247)
- Events involving a resource are now correctly updated when a change is made in a shared calendar. (MIRA-53287)
Hardware Support
- HBA firmware on SAN-based systems will be updated upon install. (MIRA-55016)
- Newer RG170 units are now able to successfully upgrade to MOS 4.4 with this version, previously upgrades would fail due to some hardware compatibility issues. (MIRA-55018)
IMAP
- When an IMAP client is performing a folder operation (rename, move, delete), all other IMAP folder operations on that folder are dishonored. This means IMAP folder operations create an exclusive lock on that folder until the operation is complete. (MIRA-53101)
MTA
- The exception rules for 'senderisvalidrecipient' are now correctly honored what the systemwide setting is off. (MIRA-52612)
Monitoring
- SNMP MIBS updated. (MIRA-53278)
Operating System
- The 'lazy delete' function of MOS now works more reliably, enabling more efficient operation of the appliance. 'Lazy delete' causes messages to be deleted when sufficient resources are available on the system, this is invisible to end users. (MIRA-53079)
- Fixed a database deadlock condition for users with quotas set. (MIRA-53258)
- A number of database stability and efficiency improvements have been implemented in this release. (MIRA-55052)
- Removed CGI scripts that are not required for appliance operation, thus removing potential security issues. (MIRA-55084)
- A new command is introduced 'conf [enable|disable|enabled] securelcd'. With 'securelcd' enabled no information will display on the front LCD panel other than when a fault occurs. (MIRA-53162)
- Includes fixes for the bash 'Shellshock' bug. (MIRA-55076)
- Administrators may disable SSLv3 to avoid the SSL POODLE vulnerability. (MIRA-55087)
POP
- Corrected an issue where a mailbox by the same name would be locked in all domains when the user logged in, thus not allowing concurrent access for these users.. (MIRA-55007)
Webmail
- Webmail correctly displays messages, rather than "Body: Open", for messages where character set aliases were specified rather than a direct character set definition. (MIRA-44573)
- Users are now able to delete messages from shared folders owned by other users that have a username that contains a period ('.') character in part of their username. eg. user.name (MIRA-53281)
- Stability enhancements to the webmail service. (MIRA-54995)
- Webmail will now correctly display messages with mixed simplified and traditional Chinese character sets. (MIRA-55015)
- Fixed a problem where attaching files to an email would fail occasionally. (MIRA-55039)
- Directory searches from within webmail now work reliably. (MIRA-55047)
- Address book fields are now in the correct order on CSV export. (MIRA-55082)
