MOS 4.3.1a-FCS fixes several critical issues, including difficulties with upgrade, and mail delivery when LDAP is misconfigured.
The R4_3_1_FCS and P4_3_1_FCS installers link to the newest installers. Customers who have cached copies of this update should use the newer install path (with a "a" before the "FCS") instead of the older path.
