How do I set up Qmail to work with my RazorSafe appliance?

Solution

You must configure Qmail to create copies of incoming/outgoing messages that can then be archived by RazorSafe. For detailed instructions, see the the following qmail articles:

As you follow these procedures, make sure that you also create a separate email account where all the incoming and outgoing email will go. RazorSafe will fetch all the emails from that email account and remove them once they are archived. This method will also handle all email lists.
