|You will need to check these four locations of Icewarp and webmail Basic to ensure there is no maximum size set.
1. Inside webmail basic under [Settings], [Administrator Settings], scroll down until [Restrictions]. Here you will see the option for [Max Message Size]
2. Inside the Icewarp console under the domain settings, [Options] tab. Here you will see the option for [User Max Message Size].
3. Under [Global Settings], [Account Defaults], [Domain] tab you will see the global setting for [User Max Message Size].
In the 9 version and after the account defaults have been replaced with Account Templates so the location is [Global Settings, Templates]. You would need to look there for this setting if running a series 9 version.
4. Under the [SMTP], [Delivery] tab you will see another option for [Max Message Size].
You will need to check in these locations to verify if you have a number set. If you do then make sure you remove this number or increase the number to your specified amount.
