To generate a Let’s Encrypt certificate:
Open the Administration Console and go to:
System > CertificatesClick Add Certificate.
Choose Free Let’s Encrypt Certificate, then select the domain for which you want to generate the certificate.

The certificate will start generating (initially without a checkmark).
Wait about 10 seconds, refresh the page, and a checkmark should appear:
✅ Green checkmark – The certificate is valid and in use.

❌ Red cross – The certificate is invalid and requires troubleshooting.
Common Causes of Certificate Failure
The request is blocked by a firewall (ports 80 and 443 must be open).
The domain’s DNS records are invalid or misconfigured.
Troubleshooting Steps
1. Verify DNS Settings
Open Administration Console > Domains & Accounts > Management.
Select your domain and click the Information tab.
Check that all DNS records point to the correct IP addresses.

2. Check Web Logs
Open Administration Console > System > Services.
Go to the General tab.
Set the Web log level to Extended.
Attempt to create the certificate again.
Open Administration Console > Status > Logs.
From the Log dropdown, select Web.
Review the Certification section to track the certificate creation process.
3. Use Let’s Debug
Visit Let’s Debug.
Enter your domain name.
Choose a validation method.
Click Run Test.
Review the results to identify potential issues.
