Should you need to change passwords for users connected through an LDAP server, follow the steps below.
1. Find an API c_accounts_global_ldap_passchangedisable" in the API Console in the Remote console that should be set to false.
2. Restart all Services on the server.
3. Make sure you use secured LDAP in the hostname field (for example, ldaps://domain.com)
4. Make sure the user authenticating against LDAP has the write permissions instead of read-only.
