After releasing the IceWarp Epos Gen3, loads of new features have been added. One of them is a short informational window, which informs users in case some IceWarp microservice is unavailable.
That does not mean data are lost!
Your computer only cannot display them at the moment.
What are you supposed to do?
Nothing. Easy as that. Despite the fact it is very unlikely IceWarp Cloud customers will see an informational window about missing microservice, IceWarp Cloud itself is monitored 24/7, and the support team will probably be working on a solution before most of the users will even notice. This is one of many benefits of being an IceWarp Cloud customer.
