capped at exactly 1005 concurrent users
I am currently experiencing an issue with the WebMail service on IceWarp EPOS Update 1 build 17 (14.1.0.17), running on Rocky Linux 9.5.
When conducting a stress test to simulate high user load, I observed that the WebMail service appears to be capped at exactly 1005 concurrent users. Any additional users beyond this number are either denied access or experience failed connections.
Environment details:
-
Active license for over 50,000 users.
-
Server specs: 32-core CPU, 64 GB RAM.
-
No relevant errors found in WebMail or PHP logs.
-
System-level limits (ulimit, nofile, nproc, etc.) have been reviewed and are properly configured.
-
No significant CPU or memory bottlenecks were detected during the stress test.
I would like to confirm whether this build has any known limitation on concurrent WebMail sessions, or whether there are internal parameters or service settings that must be adjusted to raise or remove this limit.
I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

In this thread, there is information about the hardware, but I can't find how to increase the number to 2000 concurrent.

The solution was to work with the Icewarp administration console and change the limit parameters; these must be in accordance with the existing hardware.
