    Hello,

    i have the same behavior.

    Is there a solution to this Problem?

    Is not a 365

    The wizard runs fine but when launching the outlook client the plugin does not load.

    On other computers with the same setup, it works.

    I've tried beta and different versions. Nothing works. Today to uninstalled Outlook Sync and Office. Re-installed with new Outlook Sync 12.2.2. Now getting message "Microsoft Office Desktop Apps detected!" But they are not installed. I removed them all via powershell. Contacted Icewarp support and was no help. There solution is to re-install windows from scratch. I have 20 systems I need to get working. I can't re-install windows on everyone. Support stinks.

    We have the same problem with Icewarp Server 12.2.0 and Outlook 16. I opened a ticket and wait for answer.
