Problem with planning
Problem with calendar module of on premise system.
Calendar module in ICEWARP shows wrong free slots of other team members (timing difference of 1-2 hours).
System propose “free slots” while slots are actually occupied. Proposed meetings are rejected by other team members. We are forced to coordinate planning in mails.

Second, ensure all User Accounts and their respective client applications are set to the exact same time zone. This consistent alignment across server and clients is critical to eliminating the scheduling error.

I've checked the server OS time, DST rules, and user account time zones, but I’m still seeing occasional mismatches in the calendar. Could there be any other settings or hidden configurations we need to adjust to fully resolve the timing errors?
