When you purchase a Cloud server, you gain access to one of our data center facilities. You also receive a preinstalled IceWarp server with antivirus and settings so that all IceWarp services run flawlessly. On this IceWarp server, we create a domain with the domain administrator account. You are then granted domain administrator's rights, empowering you to create your own domains and add domain user accounts. The number of domain user accounts is determined by the subscription plan chosen by you.
Together with the server, we instantly create a server backup. The backup changes are stored for 30 days from the day they were made. We backup all changes on the server: if a user generates new emails, creates events in the Calendar, saves documents, or deletes any data, every change can be reverted within 30 days after it was made. This backup gives users and administrators the possibility to restore valuable data that was lost.
For the WebClient user, we can restore all data present on the WebClient:
- Emails
- Calendar events
- Contacts
- Notes
- Tasks
- WebDocuments
- Options
- Rules
For the server administrator, we can restore all data present on the server:
- Accounts database
- IceWarp server database
- IceWarp server settings and rules
If you have permanently deleted an email from WebClient or lost server data and you want to restore it, contact our Support Team.
