This article describes the process and frequency of saving of the WebDocument when it is edited in the IceWarp. The article also describes the communication between the IceWarp and the WD cluster.
- The document is uploaded to the IceWarp.
- When the document is opened and displayed, it is uploaded to the WD cluster.
- The changes are made in the document by the user.
- The message All changes saved is displayed, which means, that the changes are saved on the WD cluster.
- The updated document with all new changes, is forwarded back to the IceWarp, if the document is closed or every 5 minutes automatically, if the document remains opened.
- When the document is opened again, all the changes are displayed.
