There are two ways to block emails that include certain characters or alphabets:
Option 1: Create a Hard Rule
Define a specific character (or set of characters) as forbidden. Any email containing these characters will be automatically rejected.
Option 2: Configure Forbidden Charsets
You can block or penalise emails based on their character set. To configure this setting, navigate to:
Remote Console > Antispam > Miscellaneous > Charset
Within this menu, you can:
Set forbidden charsets and assign scores
Enable Score messages with forbidden charsets to increase the spam score of emails using any listed charset. The score will be raised by the value you specify.Handle missing charsets or non-US-ASCII characters
Enable Score messages with missing charsets and non-US-ASCII characters to increase the spam score of emails that lack a defined charset or include non-US-ASCII characters.
