Administrators sometimes need access to their users' accounts to troubleshoot issues related to a specific account.
For security and GDPR reasons, it is not possible to view users' passwords anywhere in the administrator's interface, and passwords cannot be used for logging in or troubleshooting. However, we have a feature in WebClient for troubleshooting issues with specific accounts.
The affected user should log in to their WebClient and navigate to Options > Accounts > Troubleshooting, as visible in the screenshot below.
Here, the user can generate a troubleshooting link for one-time access and send it to the administrator to help them troubleshoot the issue.
