Subscription is available for IceWarp Cloud customers. Along with creating the Cloud instance, IceWarp creates an administrator account for the email you provided during registration.
With an administrator account, you can manage your subscription either in WebAdmin or directly in WebClient.
To cancel your subscription, follow the steps below.
MANAGE OR CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION IN WEBCLIENT
To cancel the subscription, log in to WebClient with your user or administrator account, then click Open Settings> Subscription> Manage billing.
Under Billing details, click on Cancel subscription.
To finalise the process, pick up one of the feedback options and press Submit.
Your subscription has been cancelled successfully.
MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION IN WEBADMIN
To cancel the subscription, log in to WebAdmin with your administrator account and click Manage Subscription> Subscription Settings.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Cancel subscription.
You can check your subscription status by sending your Order ID to the Sales Manager.
Alternatively, if you are unable to access your Cloud in WebAdmin, it is a clear sign that your subscription was successfully cancelled.

We recommend cancelling your subscription at the end of the payment period to avoid being charged for unused Cloud services. For example, if you have a prepaid (yearly) subscription, cancel the subscription on the last day of the one-year period for which you have paid.
If you have a postpaid (monthly) subscription, cancel the subscription before the start of the new month. The payment periods are not tied to the calendar month or year. The payment period begins on the date you entered into the contract with IceWarp. You can find the next billing date in WebAdmin > Next billing.
