To add an image (such as a logo) to your email signature, follow these steps:
Navigate to Administrator Options > Mail > Signature.
⚠️ Important:
You cannot copy and paste an image directly into the signature window. If you do, the recipient will not see the image, because it is stored in a location they cannot access.
Correct Way to Add an Image
Store the image in one of the following locations:
Group-shared documents
IceWarp Files
Create a public link for the image so that recipients can access it.
Go to Administrator Options > Mail > Signature.
Insert the image using either:
Insert via URL (using the public link), or
Insert from Files.
By inserting the image this way, it will be properly embedded and displayed as a logo in your signature.
