Issue:
Documents cannot be opened or downloaded after the upgrade (only for on-premise users).
Solution:
First of all, your documents are securely stored on the IceWarp server. The issue is related only to the incorrect SmartDiscover settings. IceWarp WebClient uses the links specified in the SmartDiscover settings to create requests to the services and display data. If a link does not have HTTPS in its structure, the service will not respond. Make sure that all URLs in the SmartDiscover settings have HTTPS.
- Go to Remote Console -> System -> Services -> SmartDiscover tab.
- Add HTTPS to all URLs in the SmartDiscover section.
- Refresh the WebClient (log out and log in again).
