How to change the card number in WebAdmin

Starting with the update 14.1.0.6 we have changed the way your card details are displayed in the WebAdmin Payment Information section.

For the users who pay for the license by card, the last four numbers of the card are no longer visible in the WebAdmin -> Manage Subscription -> Payment Information. If you need to know the number of the card connected to your IceWarp license, contact your sales manager or our support team.

If you want to change the card details, click . You will see a pop-up with an option to change the card details. If you click it, you will receive a change card link to the email indicated in the subscription settings window.

The process of changing the card details does not happen directly in WebAdmin. After you click the link in the email, you will be redirected to a new browser window. Insert the new card details and click Save.
