Where to find the onice.io domain name?

To locate your onice.io domain within IceWarp, follow these steps in the WebAdmin interface:

1. Log in to WebAdmin as a server or domain administrator.
2. Look at the Control Bar at the top:
   • Click the “+” (Plus/New) menu—this lets you create domains, users, etc.
   • Your cloud domain prefix (e.g., yourname.onice.io) appears there and in the UI—on-premise systems show *.onice.io as the cloud domain format
3. Alternatively, navigate to Users & Domains > Domains List. The primary domain is typically your *.onice.io domain.
