Subscription is available for the IceWarp Cloud customers. Along with creating the Cloud instance, IceWarp creates an administrator account for the email you provided during registration. With an administrator account you can manage the IceWarp subscription in WebAdmin.
This article contains a guide about cancelling the IceWarp subscription.
To cancel the subscription, log in to WebAdmin with your administrator account.
- Click Manage Subscription >Subscription Settings
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Cancel subscription.
- You can check the status of your subscription by sending your Order ID to the Sales manager. Alternatively, if you are unable to access your Cloud in WebAdmin, it is a clear sign that your subscription was successfully cancelled.
Note: The Cloud instance will be automatically deleted by IceWarp in 14 days. |
We recommend cancelling your subscription at the end of the payment period to avoid being charged for unused Cloud services. For example, if you have a prepaid (yearly) subscription, cancel the subscription on the last day of the one-year period for which you have paid. If you have a postpaid (monthly) subscription, cancel the subscription before the start of the new month. The payment periods are not tied to the calendar month or year. The payment period begins from the date you entered into the contract with IceWarp. You can find the next billing date in WebAdmin > Next billing.
